Hello! Just wanted to give a small update on what I have been doing with the site. I have been working on content and design, and I think it is making great progress.
I have also made a change to my biography remake. I was going to call it the Mockingbirds, but a friend pointed out that there were already several books out there with that title. She suggested I try to think of something that was similar, but unique.
I pulled up a site I use for finding rhymes, and typed in "mockingbirds" and looked at synonyms. The first thing that came up was "Mimus Polyglotktos" which made me laugh. I mean REALLY laugh. I thought it was hilarious.
This is the meaning of it according to the world wide web:
Mimus polyglotktos
(my-muss poly-glot-toss) noun long-tailed grey-and-white songbird of the southern United States able to mimic songs of other birds synonyms: mocker, mockingbird.
Now, THAT is funny! It's also a great name for a book. At least for now, anyway. I may change my mind before it is actually published, but for now it is a great working title.
